It’s one…two…three strikes you’re out…

The beginning of baseball season is an exciting time, but this year was even more exciting when Paul Sewald, pitcher for the Seattle Mariners, and his wife, Molly Sewald, reached out to EBC.

After the birth of their daughter, Sewald’s life quickly changed, as do the lives of all first-time parents.  Facing new challenges, Paul and Molly realized that not all families are fortunate enough to have the resources they need, so they decided to take action.

This season, the Sewalds have pledged $200 to EBC for every strikeout Paul throws!

Their pledge will provide safe car seats to protect children, formula to give babies the nutrition they need, clothing so kids stay warm at recess, babies are dry and healthy…and so much more.
