KidVantage & Shoreline Tool Library: A Perfect Pair
KidVantage and Shoreline Tool Library are passionate about getting items where they’re needed. That’s why we’re partnering together to help keep things out of the landfill!

The Shoreline Tool Library offers a variety of classes, repurposed material shopping, tools to borrow and a place where the community can come together to lend a helping hand.

What types of events/classes do they offer?
The Shoreline Tool Library offers a variety of classes and events for the community. You can stop by to learn about their workshop, basic bike maintenance, 3D printing, hand sewing, home maintenance, gardening, power tools and so much more.
The Shoreline Tool Library offers introductory classes to help build skills and understanding – some of which are necessary to use certain tools, equipment, etc. They also offer more advanced classes, or classes with a specific project in mind such as a building a stool or creating your own cutting board.
Regardless of the reason, Shoreline Tool Library offers a place to turn for help, support, knowledge and friendship. With activities such as Community Threads and Tool Library Book Club, they are facilitating community.
What resources are available to me at the Shoreline Tool Library?
The resources available at the Shoreline Tool Library are vast. In combination with knowledge and guidance from their helpful staff and volunteers, the Shoreline Tool Library has reused building materials for sale, thousands of tools available to borrow, a game library, a seed library and so much more to explore.
