  • Summer-Oct: Invite guests
  • Week of Oct. 19: Follow-up with guests to confirm attendance
  • Nov. 3rd: Send last-minute reminder to guests
  • Oct. 31st: Guest lists due to KidVantage
  • Nov. 5th: Last day to substitute guests
