 Hosting a table is easy and fun! We’ve created a table captain toolkit, filled with event details, sample communications, and tips on hosting.

  • Summer-Oct: Invite guests
  • Week of Oct. 19: Follow-up with guests to confirm attendance
  • Nov. 2nd: Send last-minute reminder to guests
  • Oct. 30th: Guest lists due to KidVantage
  • Nov. 4th: Last day to substitute guests
