Key Dates to Note
Here are sample communications to use in recruiting your guests, which follows the schedule outlined below. Also helpful in your outreach is our Save the Date hot off the presses!
- June-Oct: Invite guests
- Week of Oct. 16: Follow-up with guests to confirm attendance
- Oct. 20th: Guest lists due to KidVantage
- Oct. 27th-30th: Send last-minute reminder to guests
- Oct. 30th: Last day to substitute guests
