Every year during the month of horse racing, beginning with the Kentucky Derby, KidVantage kicks off their own kind of derby, the Diaper Derby!  During the Diaper Derby, businesses and organizations race to collect the most diapers and raise funds to purchase diapers, so local families can keep their kids clean, dry, and healthy.  competing in divisions according to size, these groups and their supporters have been donating diapers, wipes, and dollars for diapers and wipes from May 5th to June 9th!

The need for diapers is even greater than ever before.  Not only is KidVantage assisting more families with diapers this year, but according to recent data from the National Diaper Bank Network (NDBN), 1 in 2 U.S. families lack enough diapers to keep their baby or toddler clean, dry, and healthy.  Because of the 37 participants and all of their supporters, KidVantage received 127,215 diapers, 34,904 wipes, and over $11,000 to purchase these times!
